THEN is dedicated in researching and manufacturing the extremely low liquor ratio airflow dyeing machines, THEN- AIRFLOW ® and dyehouse control and management software system. The patented aerodynamic “THEN-AIRFLOW ®” dyeing system differs from the conventional jet and the overflow dyeing machine. It is based on the hydraulic principle of significant economic and ecological importance. Moreover, the diversity of the applications offered by the system is significantly outstanding.
In 2004, CHTC FONG'S established THEN Maschinen GmbH to acquire the production facilities and intellectual property rights from former THEN & Scholl THEN GmbH. In the same year, the Group acquired all intellectual property rights of the insolvent Scholl-Then AG and Scholl Switzerland AG.
In 2010, THEN Maschinen GmbH merged into FONG’S EUROPE GmbH with its headquarter in Schwäbisch Hall, Germany, and its production lines are in Germany and China.
