On the eve of the nation's 48th Quality Month, and in order to thoroughly implement the requirements outlined in the higher-level enterprise's Quality Month activity notice, Monfongs held its 2025 Quality Month kickoff meeting on September 4.

The meeting conveyed the spirit of the higher-level enterprise's document titled “Notice on Organizing the 2025 Quality Month Campaign.” Through physical displays of defective products and videos showcasing customer-reported quality issues, it reinforced the company-wide understanding that “product quality is the lifeline of the enterprise” by delivering a powerful impact through “reality, on-site presence, and tangible evidence.”
The head of the Quality Department announced the 2025 Quality Month activity plan for Monfongs, outlining specific arrangements regarding organizational structure, activity content, implementation measures, and key timelines. This Quality Month features a diverse program: - Establishing Party Member Quality Pioneer Posts and Quality Role Models to drive leadership - Leveraging the annual ISO 9001 system audit to enhance institutional frameworks - Forming expert teams to address persistent quality issues and the 928 forming machine problem list - Organizing company-wide improvement proposals, quality knowledge competitions, and an essay contest titled “Sharing Quality Stories Around Us” to foster full participation in quality enhancement.
Chen Peng, Party Branch Secretary and General Manager of CHTC Fong's, and General Manager of Monfongs, emphasized that all cadres and employees should seize the opportunity presented by the “Quality Month” campaign to strengthen quality awareness, implement quality responsibilities, and elevate the company's quality management to new heights. He outlined requirements for advancing quality work: First, cultivate the right mindset by genuinely valuing quality from within. Second, enforce rigorous assessments with substantial intensity, ensuring quality initiatives are effectively implemented through stringent evaluation mechanisms. Third, ensure comprehensive systems by continuously refining the quality management framework. Fourth, act swiftly to address quality issues through rapid response and closed-loop resolution. Fifth, prioritize substantive work by eliminating formalism to guarantee tangible outcomes in all quality initiatives.
