On July 17-18 and July 21, Li Shenggao, Director and Deputy Party Secretary of CHTC Group, conducted specialized research on Party building and production operations at CHTC Fong's and Zhengzhou Textile Machinery.
At CHTC Fong's, Li Shenggao visited production workshops including blanking and forming, machining, and the shaping machine process innovation center. He reviewed progress on fixed-asset investment, digital transformation, and new product R&D, while also examining the implementation of the three-year action plan for revitalizing textile machinery, internal coordination efforts, and the study and education campaign to thoroughly implement the Central Committee's eight-point decision on conduct. He fully affirmed CHTC Fong's achievements and encouraged the enterprise to build on its momentum to achieve its annual targets.
At Zhengzhou Textile Machinery, Li Shenggao toured the corporate exhibition hall, production sites, and the model worker innovation studios of Li Huidong and Guo Chao. He examined technological innovation, production operations, Party building, and the effectiveness of the model worker studios. He also delivered a special Party lecture titled “Fully Implementing the Central Committee's Eight-Point Decision to Promote High-Quality Development at Zhengzhou Textile Machinery” to mid-level and above cadres. He emphasized advancing high-quality development through exemplary conduct and contributing to the Group's efforts to establish Zhengzhou Textile Machinery as the “chain leader” of the textile machinery industry chain.
During the inspection tour, Li Shenggao listened to work reports from both enterprises and held discussions. He commended their achievements in recent years and put forward five requirements:
First, anchor efforts on concluding the 14th Five-Year Plan and develop the 15th Five-Year Plan at a high level, focusing on core textile machinery manufacturing and strengthening strategic guidance. Second, enhance innovation-driven development and talent cultivation, intensify recruitment and training efforts to support digital and intelligent transformation. Third, implement industrial reform pilot tasks, organize model workers and craftsmen innovation studios to tackle major technological challenges, and advance the high-end, intelligent, and green development of textile machinery equipment. Fourth, deepen the three-year campaign to tackle the root causes of workplace safety, refine monitoring and early warning mechanisms, and ensure safe development. Fifth, focus Party building efforts on “six further enhancements,” deepen Party system construction and integrity building, advance the study and implementation of the Central Committee's eight-point decision on conduct, and empower high-quality development through improved work practices.
Relevant personnel from the Party Committee Work Department of CHTC Group, along with members of the leadership teams of CHTC Fong's and Zhengzhou Textile Machinery, participated in the research visit.
