From March 10th to 13th, the EXINTEX Textile Machinery Exhibition in Mexico was grandly held at the Puebla International Convention Center. As the most influential textile industry event in Latin America, this exhibition brought together the latest industry resources and technological insights from around the world. CHTC Fong's showcased its core technologies and brand concepts, presenting a comprehensive One-Stop intelligent dyeing and finishing solution covering the entire process of "pre-treatment, dyeing, and finishing" to global customers.

Central Computer System

SmartCentre is a new generation of central computer system independently developed by CHTC Fong's, which can simultaneously connect to Fong's, Goller and Monfort Fong's dyeing and finishing machines.

SmartCentre system can be connected to various ERP and MES system. It can also follow the command given by the ERP and MES system, operating different machines in the dyehouse. Furthermore, feedback from different machines can be transmitted to the ERP and MES system via SmartCentre.

SOFTWIN High Temperature Overflow Dyeing Machine newly designed by CHTC Fong's can effectively solve the problems of color crease and edge curling by reasonably controlling the running tension of fabrics, and meet the requirements of finished fabric specifications. Its unique design of internal plaiter and structure can ensure the smooth running of the fabrics in the chambers. SOFTWIN meets the market demand of large loading and low liquor ratio, and achieves the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction while improving efficiency. Spun Oil Washing Range

Spun oil washing is commonly applied before heat-setting of synthetic knitted fabric. The new compact design range is equipped with an individual drive and auto tension control system for even shrinkage of synthetic knitted fabric with lycra. The washing system is combined with a power spray and cyclone rotor. It gives an excellent washing effect to achieve shade leveling after dyeing.
