Nearly 150 customers attended the events. This system is equipped with industrial-grade data interfaces as standard, supporting efficient data interaction with enterprise management systems such as ERP and MES, and is also compatible with various automatic material injection and conveying systems. As the core carrier of CHTC Fong’s "Digital Dyeing Factory" ecosystem, SmartCentre works in collaboration with its cloud-based Remote Operation & Maintenance System, continuously providing real-time and accurate equipment operation and maintenance data streams for the "Dyeing Factory Digital Twin Platform" and the "Dyeing and Finishing AI Assistant", helping customers achieve a comprehensive mapping from physical factories to digital Spaces.

CHTC FONG’S ECOWIN High Temperature Synthetic Fabric Dyeing Machine is newly designed which Knitted polyester fabrics, especially products with high spandex content, are more and more favored by consumers because of their high added value and excellent wearing performance. GOLLER Spun Oil Washing Ranges have over 200 installations worldwide in high-end synthetic knit dyeing factories. Its high-efficiency washing system and low-running tension technology can ensure that the warp and weft synthetic knitted fabrics, such as nylon, polyester and their blends, are evenly reduced in oil content before dyeing and also have good shrinkage of fabrics to be consistent in the GSM, thereby improving the hand feel of the fabrics.
