Goller Knitting Fabric Post-Dyeing Washing Range is specially designed for the continuous open-width dyeing and washing of knitted fabrics. It is suitable for post-washing cotton, rayon, and their blended knitted fabrics after cold pad-batch dyeing and vat dyeing.
It has outstanding processing quality and can significantly expand the production capacity of the dyeing machine (a significant increase in output can be achieved without adding extra dyeing machines).

This system facilitates real-time production data analysis to ensure that the set values are met and also enables a series of real-time controls on the equipment. The result is that Goller equipment can be highly automated, stable, flexible, user-friendly and easy to maintain.
By utilising pre-set recipes available in the HMI, users can ensure a high level of consistency in their production processes. The operators must select the appropriate production programme from the HMI based on the fabric processing requirements. The machine's remaining parameter settings will then automatically be adjusted accordingly, significantly reducing the chances of human errors and ensuring production stability.
Low-tension Tension Fabric Transportation
An excellent tension control system is the key to high-end continuous production machines. Goller uses real-time tension sensors combined with a compact mechanical transmission design and multiple sets of variable-speed drives. This system achieves the most sophisticated linear tension processing and adjusts the tension of the running fabric in real time.
High Washing Efficiency
Goller has a variety of washing boxes with different functions, from the EFFECTA series of upper and lower cloth guide roller series washing boxes to the SINTENSA CYCLONE cylinder series of rotating washing boxes. We can customize the most suitable washing solution to meet the customers' application in wet processing requirements.
The large wrapping angle roller and low liquid level washing chamber with counter flow of liquor allow for effective extrusion and exchange of dirt and water during the fabric cleaning process, resulting in excellent washing effect. Furthermore, a high degree of automated control improves washing consistency.
Low Energy Consumption
The advanced MULTIDATA system can accurately regulate the amounts of different chemical dosing, water, and steam. It has a programmable water supply that is monitored by a flow metre. The chemical dosing is adjusted in proportion to water consumption. The washing chamber is fully enclosed to prevent heat loss. The counter-flow plate and low liquid level design help to maximise water utilisation and minimise chemical usage.
