The machine features a “three-in-one” design that combines underwater soaking, high-efficiency spray washing, and turbulence washing. With Goller's patented THERMPLATE indirect heating and insulation technology and multi-drives tension control technology, it not only remove oil from the fabric evenly and effectively, but also release tension of fabric for good shrinkage, thereby guarantee the dimensional stability of fabric and uniform dyeing. On the premise of ensuring the original elasticity of the fabric, a softer and smoother fabric style is achieved, which is important to the downstream processing.

The large wrapping angle roller and low liquid level washing chamber with counter flow of liquor allow for effective extrusion and exchange of dirt and water during the fabric cleaning process, resulting in excellent washing effect. Low Energy Consumption
The advanced MULTIDATA system can accurately regulate the amounts of different chemical dosing, water, and steam. It has a programmable water supply that is monitored by a flow metre. The chemical dosing is adjusted in proportion to water consumption. The washing chamber is fully enclosed to prevent heat loss. The counter-flow plate and low liquid level design help to maximise water utilisation and minimise chemical usage.
