CHTC merged into SINOMACH, and CHTC Fong’s Group became a listed subsidiary of SINOMACH.

CHTC Monforts acquired the coating technology of Timatec, Europe.

CHTC Fong’s celebrated its 50th anniversary; construction of Phase II of the 700,000 m2 Zhongshan park kicked off.

Acquired the German Monforts Group

CHTC completed its acquisition of the Group’s equity and became the controlling shareholder of the Group.
